Spirit & Space — A Women's Retreat.
Dates: 28 September – 2 October 2026 (5 days / 4 nights).
Capacity: Strictly limited to 7 women.
Core Philosophy: Five days/four nights of fully catered luxury -focused on reconnecting with your inner knowing, healing, relaxation and laughter plus a look at how your inner space is influenced by your home interiors.
Creative Circle – A Therapeutic Art Retreat
Dates: 05 - 09 October 2026 (5 days / 4 nights).
Capacity: 7 participants
Core Philosophy: A creative circle at the beautiful and inspiring Bastide de Cavaroux, a space to relax, switch off, and tap into your innate creativity within a small group setting.

The expansive poolside lawns provide a quiet, scenic backdrop for sunrise pilates, afternoon fitness regimes, or sunset yoga sessions.
Indoor space
The main house’s spacious living room with its open log fire and the sun-flooded sunroom offer flexible environments for interactive discussions, art sessions, and group workshops.

The upper level of the main house features elegant guest rooms, comfortable beds, newly updated en-suite bathrooms, and an intimate workspace study area.

The Private Cottage
A beautifully secluded guest house complete with its own private kitchen, open living area, family bathroom, double bedroom, and custom bunk room.
Features a dedicated, sun-shaded outdoor terrace to decompress away from the main group.
