1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including illness, change of plans, or visa/travel issues.
1.2 If you cancel:
More than 30 days before the retreat start date — the balance paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
Within 10 days of the retreat start date — no refund will be given on any payment made, including the balance.
1.3 Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to alex@villacallian.com. The cancellation date is the date the email is received.
1.4 We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and repatriation. This is a condition of booking.
1.5 If we are forced to cancel the retreat (e.g. due to insufficient numbers, facilitator illness, or circumstances beyond our control), guests will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future retreat date. We are not responsible for any travel costs (flights, visas, etc.) incurred by guests as a result of such cancellation.
